Goods Returns Policy
On occasion you may have a requirement to return goods to Anderco Safety. Should this requirement arise, I would like to make you aware of our goods return process, as follows:
1. Prior to arranging the return of goods, you must contact the Anderco Safety sales office to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN). No goods (other than goods which reach the customer in an unusable condition) may be returned without prior written consent.
2. The GRN provided by Anderco must be quoted on the paperwork / packaging accompanying the goods being returned.
3. If goods are received back into Anderco without a valid GRN on the paperwork or packaging, then Anderco reserves the right to return the goods to the customer.
4. Where Anderco consents to the return of goods, the goods must be received from the customer in good condition and Anderco reserves the right to charge a restocking charge of 25% of the invoice value of the goods returned.
Note: it is normal practice to replace any merchandise which might reach customers in an unusable condition. No restocking charge will be made under these circumstances.
5. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of receipt.
6. Anderco reserves the right not to accept the return of goods, delivered to the customer in good condition, that were specially ordered for the customer and do not form part of Andercos core stock range.
